These terms cover your use of dropshipnews.com. The site is run by Daniel Barrett trading as Dropship News, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.

Information only, not advice
Everything here is general information for people running or planning an online store. It isn’t legal, tax, financial or business advice. Check anything that matters to your business with a qualified professional and with the supplier directly.

Supplier information can go out of date
We check supplier pages by hand against the supplier’s own published information, and each page shows when it was last checked. Suppliers change fees, terms and policies without telling us. We work to keep pages accurate, but we can’t guarantee they are complete or current. Confirm the details with the supplier before you sign up, pay or place an order.

Links and other companies
The site links to suppliers, tools and other sites we don’t control. We’re not responsible for their content, prices, products or privacy practices, and a link isn’t a guarantee or endorsement. Some links are affiliate links; see our Affiliate Disclosure. Any dealings you have with a supplier are between you and them.

Our content
We own, or have permission to use, the text, layout and original material on this site. You’re welcome to read it, share links to it, and quote short extracts with credit and a link back. Please don’t copy whole pages or supplier records, republish them, or scrape the site in bulk without asking first.

What you send us
If you send us a correction, suggestion or message, you’re confirming it’s yours to share. We may use it to improve the site, and we won’t publish your personal details. How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Cookies
The site uses cookies to work properly and, only if you agree, to help us understand how it’s used. You can accept, decline or change your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the footer. Our Cookie Policy lists the cookies we use and what each one does.

Using the site properly
Please don’t try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site, send spam through the contact form, or use the site for anything unlawful.

Our responsibility to you
We provide the site as it is, and we do our best to keep it running and accurate. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, unless your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
