Overview
Merch Showroom is a US wholesale marketplace and distributor with a separate dropship program for licensed entertainment merchandise. Its dropship policy limits participation to registered US businesses with a valid resale certificate. The program is aimed at retailers selling through their own branded website or physical store; it prohibits marketplace and Facebook Shops sales. Merch Showroom also operates a wider wholesale marketplace, but the full wholesale catalog should not be assumed available for dropshipping.

Products
The current dropship program emphasizes officially licensed graphic T-shirts and apparel tied to music, movies, television, anime and other pop-culture properties. Merch Showroom says the eligible items are drawn from its Quick Ship collection. Retailers should select products shown in their approved dropship price list rather than treating every item in the general marketplace as eligible.
How dropshipping works with Merch Showroom
A retailer first registers for a wholesale account and supplies business documents. After approval, the retailer contacts Merch Showroom to request dropship access. The company presents Shopify Collective as the route for sharing products, inventory, orders and tracking with Shopify stores. It directs other ecommerce sellers to contact it about their requirements, although the formal policy says Collective remains required for data transfer even when automated payments are unavailable. Confirm the setup for any non-Shopify store before relying on it.
Approved retailers select eligible products for their own store. Merch Showroom sends orders to the end customer and says its packing slips do not name the company. The policy requires a valid payment method and permits charges for merchandise, shipping and any applicable subscription.
Shipping & returns
Merch Showroom says dropship orders typically ship in 2–3 business days, while another section of the same program page says 1–3 business days. US parcels are described as using USPS Ground Advantage. It also mentions international DHL service, but the program is open only to US-registered retailers and does not define every customer destination; confirm destination eligibility before offering international delivery. The formal policy says Shopify Collective orders have shipping charged at the actual rate plus $1.50, with separate shipping charges when an order draws from multiple warehouse price lists.
The dropship policy accepts general returns when notified within 14 days of delivery to the customer, subject to return authorization and additional return shipping costs. Damaged-item claims require photographs; after verifying a claim, Merch Showroom says it sends a replacement without an additional charge. Exchanges are handled as returns followed by a new order.
Costs & requirements
The program page states membership is free for retailers with more than $50,000 in online-store sales over the previous 12 months; other retailers are quoted $11.99 per month. The formal policy also allows monthly charges in some Shopify Collective payment situations. Merch Showroom says most dropship item prices are 50% below standard retail pricing, but exact products and prices depend on approved access. For Shopify Collective dropship orders, the policy quotes actual shipping cost plus $1.50. Applicants need a registered US business, a resale certificate and approval. Marketplace sales, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart and Facebook Shops, are prohibited.
