AW Dropship is part of Ancient Wisdom and fulfils trade orders from its Sheffield warehouse. It suits UK retailers who want a broad giftware range, direct customer delivery and a choice between connected channels and manual orders. The retailer remains responsible for product listings, customer service and consumer-facing obligations.
Products
The catalog spans aromatherapy, candles, incense, bath and body products, home fragrance, gifts and accessories. AW Dropship supplies product images and descriptions, but retailers must keep their listings and stock information accurate. Some items are sold as assortments, so a specific color may not always be guaranteed.
How dropshipping works with AW Dropship
A trading business can register free to see trade prices and place orders. AW Dropship offers Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, eBay and TikTok Shop integrations, plus manual ordering. Connected or manual customer orders are picked and packed in Sheffield and sent to the customer’s address.
Parcels use plain outer packaging without extra paperwork, although manufacturer branding can remain on the products. AW Dropship does not handle the retailer’s customer communications.
Shipping & returns
AW Dropship states a normal dispatch time of 1–2 working days, rising to 3–4 during October–December. Its UK mainland shipping page estimates 2–5 working days after dispatch for Royal Mail parcels and next-working-day delivery for APC parcels. These are supplier estimates, not promises.
US shipments are suspended until further notice. Destination and product restrictions apply elsewhere.
EU orders may incur customs fees, payable by the receiver.
Retailers must submit damaged, faulty, missing or incorrect-item claims promptly: generally within 3 business days of delivery, or 1 business day of learning of the issue, with an absolute 7-calendar-day limit. AW Dropship says acceptance of unwanted trade goods is discretionary.
Costs & requirements
Registration and platform use have no stated subscription fee, but trade prices require an account. Product prices exclude VAT and shipping, which are added at checkout. Orders below £3 net incur a £1 small-order charge.
There is no verified minimum order requirement. Retailers should cost delivery and possible returns into their margins, especially for low-value items.
