IS THERE A FEE FOR DROPSHIP
NO, There is no fee to join the dropship program. Although the prices will be slightly higher for the products on dropship portal as compared to our wholesale site.
WILL YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY UNDER DROPSHIP PROGRAM?
YES, We can ship to any part of the world.
WHAT PRICE MUST I CHARGE FOR YOUR CLOTHING I SELL?
You may charge whatever you wish. We do not have suggested retail prices (MSRP). Please be careful to not undercut, try to stay competitive. Doing that will revoke your dropship membership.
WILL THE PACKAGE MY CUSTOMER RECEIVES HAVE CATWALK WHOLESALE NAME ON THE PACKAGE OR ON ANY PAPERWORK INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
NO, We will ship you orders in a plain Grey/Pink Bags with no logo on it. The shipping label will be generic and will have no details of Catwalk Wholesale. The return address can be included on the shipping label if requested to us.
WILL THE PACKAGE YOU SEND TO MY CUSTOMER HAVE MY CREDIT CARD INFORMATION OR THE PRICE I PAID FOR THE ITEM INCLUDED?
NO, Catwalk Wholesale will not send any paperwork with the order. CW is a paper less company. Any invoices can be printed or exported as a pdf from the "My Account" section of the website.
WILL YOUR CLOTHING HAVE CATWALK WHOLESALE LABEL ON THEM?
NO, We never use any catwalk wholesale labels on our products. As we manufacture majority of styles ourselves, we use 3-4 different brand names which belong to us. Like Malabay, etc
WHAT TERMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT FOR DROPSHIP?
We can only accpet Card Payments for the drop ship orders. Due to the tight security conditions forced by Paypal, at present it is not possible to use Paypal as a payment method to deliver to mulitple address through one paypal payment but Catwalk Wholesale is working with Paypal to resolve this issue. At present there is no ETA for this service.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders placed before 3 PM GMT (London) normally ship the same day.
How do I keep my listing up to date with your stock?
To help you keep your listings up to date, we provide members the option to use 'Low Stock Notifications' available on each product page. This system sends you an email when your selected item(s) reaches 10% stock remaining. It will email you once again when the item becomes out of stock! Low stock notifications can be edited under 'Your Account' when signed in if you no longer wish to receive them.
WHAT IS YOUR DROPSHIP RETURN POLICY?
When we dropship an item for you, we have entered into a contract with you as a retailer and not your customer. Liability for an item becomes your responsibility upon delivery of the item from us. This means that any problem(s) your customer might experience become your responsibility as a retailer and will lie inline with your own Terms and Conditions of Sale.
As you are retailing this item you are legally affected as a retailer by the Sales of Goods Act 1979 and if selling product at distance you will also be affected by Distance Selling Regulations. For these reasons, your customer has legal rights which may fall outside of our Returns Policy and Terms and Conditions.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT MY CUSTOMER RECEIVES IS FAULTY?
If a product does become faulty your customer must return the item to you. If the item you receive back is faulty but within the terms of our Wholesale Returns Policy you may send it back to us.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT MY CUSTOMER RECEIVES IS INCORRECT?
If we have dropshipped an item incorrectly and your customer wishes for an exchange we will send a prepaid envelope to your customer so that they are not inconvenienced to pay for return postage. If your customer wishes to be refunded, we will send a prepaid envelope for your customer and upon receiving the item back we will refund you both your product cost and postage.
