Our secret: Hand-selected beans from the coffee producing countries, roasted to perfection by our very own Roast Master in small batches for a more even roast. From your very first experience with Aroma Ridge, you are welcomed as a part of our family. Your coffee is prepared for you and only you—roasted and flavored to order, and delivered to your customer.
While it’s true we’ve grown since our early days, we continue to honor the tenets that helped us realize our passion:
buy from the highest quality growers; roast the beans to order with perfection; and deliver the best customer service possible.
WHAT IS THE AROMA RIDGE FULFILLMENT AND DROP SHIP PROGRAM?
We will be your virtual Fulfillment Department. This means you don't need a warehouse, employees to roast coffee and pack, or an account with a shipping company.
It's simple - you will:
- Own, design and manage your website.
- Decide what products to carry and how to price your product.
- Own the customers.
- Market and advertise your company.
Aroma Ridge will:
- Become your fulfillment partner–our goal is to make your business a success.
- Fill your orders.
- Insert gifts or promotions in packages per your instructions.
- Ship packages directly to your customers or to you, whichever you prefer.

CAN I USE AROMA RIDGE PICTURES AND DESCRIPTION?
Pictures: Our product pictures and banners are copyrighted and cannot be used.
Description: Our product descriptions are copyrighted as well and cannot be used.
Product Names:
- Our Signature Blends are Aroma Ridge's creations and cannot be used.
- Our Special Flavored Coffees (watermarked on the product image) are Aroma Ridge's creations and cannot be used.
- You are welcome to create your own signature blends and flavored coffees. Make it fun!
Remember we are your coffee manufacturers – “You Think it, We Roast it.”
WHAT IS MY COST?
- Starting Cost: $100.00 (nonrefundable)
- Products Cost: Wholesale price list is available. Please contact us.
- Service Charge: A $3.25 fee will be applied to each order.
Cost covers labor and all packaging materials (boxes and shipping fillers). - Shipping Cost: Shipping charge may vary per each customer's preference and will be charged to you.
- Payment: Fill out our Customer Information Form .
Billing will be done on a weekly basis and will charge your card on file.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AMEX.

- Logistics – we will ship your order within 2 business days.
- We will become your virtual warehouse with a support and knowledge to improve your sales.
- Samples: We are happy to send samples, because you can't sell what you haven't tasted. You just pay shipping.
PACKING AND SHIPPING
- All orders will have your company’s private label on the color bag you choose (see below for packaging),
or we fill in the custom bag you provide us. - All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days via UPS, FedEx or USPS.
- Saturday Delivery is available with an additional next day air plus an additional Saturday delivery fee.
(All costs are passed on from UPS and FedEx.) - We will email you a copy of the customer’s tracking number.
